Drunk Driving

While I was sitting in Church today and people were asking for peoples prayers for their loved ones. This one lady stood up and said that her nephew had been killed by his drunk grandfather in a car accident. Which got me thinking: how can we stop people from driving drunk? My thought is that we should install breathalyzers in cars and the car will not start unless it is under the legal limit. I believe that if these measures were to have been in effect this child would not have died. I am wondering people's solutions to this problem. Matt,
This is quite a sad story. After reading the article about this accident I couldn't believe that the grandfather was the drunk driver and I also couldn't believe that both the 8 and 12 year-old were not in seat belts. If the children were in seat belts, the 8 year-old probably wouldn't have been thrown from the car and he could possibly still be here today. This is quite a shocking story and my prayers are with this family.
